Effects of Paclobutrazol on Photosynthesis and Growth of Hui-2(a Potato Variety)

A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of paclobutrazol with different concentration on relative chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate and growth of potato.The results showed that spraying paclobutrazol at potato flowering stage could improve net photosynthetic rate and yield by raising chlorophyll and photosynthetic pigments content in potato leaves.The yield of potato applied with 100 mg/L paclobutrazol was up to 3 309.8 kg/667m2,35.1% higher than CK,which was significantly higher than other treatments.
