Scale type helical-flow air concentrating and separating device

The invention discloses a scale type helical-flow air concentrating and separating device. The device comprises an inner cylinder (1), an outer cylinder (2) and a helical panel (3), wherein the helical panel (3), the inner cylinder (1) and the outer cylinder (2) form a helical flow passage (4); the helical panel (3) comprises helical passage short slabs (5), and a gap is arranged at the connection of the helical passage short slabs (5) among the helical passage short slabs (5); on the one hand, air or solid of different densities can be separated by using the inertia force generated in the process of the helical flow of the flow; and on the other hand, the air flow can remain the laminar-flow regime all the time by using the air suction and air blowing phenomena formed by the gaps of the helical flow passage (4) and the helical passage short slabs (5). The invention has the advantages of simple structure and low requirements on the used place, capability of the separation and the concentration of the mixed air of different densities, especially the concentration and the centrifugalization of the binary mixed air having larger density difference. The air concentrating and separating device can process large amount of air with low energy consumption in the process of use.
