Practice of High-Density 3D Seismic Exploration in Tight Oil Exploration in G Area of Central Sichuan

The Jurassic in the Sichuan-Kunchun Gulong gradual tectonic belt is widely distributed in the Sichuan Basin. There are oil layers in the range of up to 2000 m from the south to the north. With the progress of high-density 3D seismic technology in recent years, the high spatial sampling rate is characterized by high characteristics. Significant progress has been made in density seismic exploration technology. This paper introduces the first high-density 3D seismic test for the Jurassic tight oil exploration in the G area of the Sichuan Basin. The high-fidelity and high-precision high-resolution processing is used to improve the data quality. Through drilling, logging, oil testing and microseismic monitoring. The comprehensive research and application of the results, high-density data has obvious advantages in thin reservoir prediction and spatial description, reservoir internal feature characterization, fracture and fracture development zone characterization, and preliminary demonstration of high-density 3D seismic exploration technology in Sichuan Broad application prospects in the exploration of tight oils.
