An insert (40) for supplying a liquid (80), suitable for receiving an insert along an X axis of a vial (30) infusion according to any one of claims 10 to 13, the insert (40) comprising a main body (41) and a portion (42) inside the main body (41) a sidewall (410) and a portion (411) of lower supply comprising defining part (411) supply lower first conduit (511) and a second lower passage (521) below; the inner part (42) comprising an inner wall (420) and a tip (421) drilling; - the wall (420) inside: - defining a seat (422) suitable for receiving a head (32) of the vial (30) infusion, and - comprising at least one opening (423) suitable for engaging a portion (350) radially inner of the at least one surface (35) of the circumferential thrust vial (30) infusion; - being the tip (421) suitable for piercing a septum perforation (34) for closing the vial (30) and define an infusion first conduit (510) and a second upper conduit (520) above; wherein the portion (42) inside is housed within the main body (41) for rotation relative thereto about the axis X between - a configuration to open fluid in the conduits (510, 520) above are in communication fluid with conduits (511, 521) below respectively; and - one fluid B closed configuration in which the ducts (510, 520) above are not in fluid communication with conduits (511, 521) below respectively.
