A communication base station obtains attribute report information of at least one Internet of Things terminal device, and divides the information into at least one group, wherein one Internet of Things terminal device in each group is selected as a sink node, and other Internet of Things terminal devices are used as member nodes, if the Internet of Things terminal device is the member node, the Internet of Things terminal device broadcasts the service data by the wireless communication resource, if the Internet of Things terminal device is the sink node, the Internet of Things terminal device uses the wireless communication resource to receive the service data transmitted by own corresponding member nodes according to the corresponding relation between the sink node and the member nodes, and transmits the own service data and the service data transmitted from the member nodes to the communication base station. By utilizing the Internet of Things data transmission method and the Internet of Things provided by the invention, the reliability of the Internet of Things is improved.
