Universidad-Sociedad: perspectivas de Jaques Derrida

To search in theoric and methodologic aspects of university-society links, we call two great thinkers: Jaques Derrida and Boaventura de Sousa Santos. These are thinkers preoccupied for the identification of ways to develop and achieve critical knowledge necessary to achive a ‘university without condition’, to contest hegemonic powers, and to propose understanding and action strategies pursuing Public University’s ideals, even when in a context of forces trying to achieve its politic and economic subordination. Coming from different backgrounds, their vision and proposals are necessary to reflect about university-society links.
