PCR (polymerase chain reaction) primer pair for identifying or identifying raccoon tissues and/or organs in auxiliary manner and application thereof

2014
The invention discloses a PCR (polymerase chain reaction) primer pair for identifying or identifying raccoon tissues and/or organs in an auxiliary manner and an application thereof. A PCR primer pair composition for identifying or identifying animal tissues and/or organs in an auxiliary manner, which is provided by the invention, is a composition 1, a composition 2 or a composition 3, wherein the composition 1 is formed by clf, np and mv; the composition 2 is formed by clf and np; the composition 3 is formed by np and mv. The invention also provides the PCR primer pair np for identifying or identifying the raccoon tissues and/or organs in an auxiliary manner. The PCR primer pair has the beneficial effects that each single-stranded DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) in three pairs of primers in the primer pair selects the annealing temperature of 62 DEG C, thus achieving completion of all identification through one-time PCR at the same temperature; the specificity is strong, and the detection process consumes short time.
