The invention also provides the PCR primer pair np for identifying or identifying the raccoon tissues and/or organs in an auxiliary manner. The PCR primer pair has the beneficial effects that each single-stranded DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) in three pairs of primers in the primer pair selects the annealing temperature of 62 DEG C, thus achieving completion of all identification through one-time PCR at the same temperature; the specificity is strong, and the detection process consumes short time.
