Contribution to a Normative Study of the Rorschach Test with a Group of Non-patient Children Aged 8 to 14

2012
This normative study of the Rorschach test concerns a population of 102 Swiss non consulting children and adolescents aged between 8 and 14 years, ranged according to age, gender and intellectual level. The study includes a short review of the different methods used to interpret the Rorschach, and of the existing French norms. A reflection on the adequacy of the analysis of the quantitative Rorschach factors is also included. Following a thorough presentation of the research method, the results are exposed and are compared to previous norms. There is not relevant difference between the results, except for an increase of F%, a decrease of F+%, as well as of the amount of Banalities. The comparisons of Age, Gender and IQ show differences within the groups.
