The invention relates to a desorbing/absorbing process reinforcement integrated system based on a baffle type revolving bed and a technique thereof, comprising a multilayer baffle type revolving bed. A liquid raw material is communicated with a lower layer liquid inlet, carrier gas is communicated with a lower layer gas phase inlet, a middle layer liquid outlet A is communicated with a middle layer circulative absorption liquid tank which is communicated with the middle layer liquid inlet, and a liquid pump B is leaded out by a liquid flow meter F in a shunt manner. The top of the upper layeris provided with an upper layer liquid inlet and a top gas phase outlet, a middle layer liquid outlet B is communicated with an upper layer circulative absorption liquid tank which is communicated with the upper layer liquid inlet via the liquid pump A. The liquid pump A is communicated with the middle layer liquid inlet via a liquid flow meter C. Desorbing operation is carried out in a lower layer, and two-step backflow absorbing operation is carried out in the middle layer and the upper layer. The invention has the advantages of simple operation of a new technique and greatly reduced devicevolume so as to realize the ideal purpose of saving resource.
