Seizure and Freeze Measures in Property Recovery from Corrupted Criminals: Perspectives from “UN Anti-corruption Convention”

Seizure and freeze are temporary compulsory measures in property recovery from corrupted criminals. In this process,the subjects with decision- making right,implementation procedures and rational evidence are involved. In China's criminal proceedings the reference to UN Anti- corruption Convention is shown in the rationality of seizure and freeze.
