Immunopathology of Prostate and Bladder Tumors

The prostate consists of fibromuscular stroma with tubuloalveolar glands. Three basic cell types comprise the epithelial elements: a) basal cells, b) secretory prostatic acinar cell, c) transitional epithelium (and occasionally squamous epithelium).
