Developing a new treatment approach to binge eating and weight management

This paper evaluates the development of an innovative treatment for binge eating disorder and obesity. Results indicate that group-based psychological treatment of binge eating disorder combined with an evidencebased obesity intervention is clinically beneficial within routine NHS care.
