Somatic Mutation Analysis of Immunoglobulin (IG) Genes in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) and Comparison to Normal and Autoreactive IG Sequences Reveals CLL-Biased Patterns for Selected IG Genes.

IG sequences from a cohort of 333 CLL cases were studied for somatic mutation patterns and compared to public IG sequences from normal and autoreactive cells contained in the IMGT database.
