This study intends to examine, through prior studies, a theory that the youth's music activities can have positive effects on reducing their stress and improving their self-esteem as they become emotionally stable. In the course of the youth's music activities, the studied group's music activities prove to have positive effects on their emotional improvement, as they will help lessen their depression, improve their low self-esteem, build self-esteem in a more positive direction, express their feelings through music activities, and reduce stress from their academic pressure, frustration, and stress related to themselves, parents, and teachers. The youth can relieve themselves from these types of stress by expressing their emotions through music activities. Therefore, it has been confirmed that music activities are important in that they have a positive influence on the emotional ability and stress of young people. Therefore, there is a need for continuous research regarding the youth’s music activities.
