Comment Evaluation using Mutual Method, LSTM, Bootstrap and Co-occurrence word in Lecture Questionnaire

Many universities use use questionnaires for course evaluations. Such questionnaires vary by type and analysis method. In questionnaires, free description components are recognized as an important method of obtaining a wide range of opinions. We propose two methods to evaluate free description comments. The first method is mutual evaluation between comments and words in relation to the comment. The second method uses Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). In addition, we use the free description comment evaluations and the evaluation of co-occurring word pairs based on comment evaluation.
