The invention relates to a multifunctional wear-resistant material which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass according to a conventional technique: 25-35% of anticorrosive resin, 45-55% of alumina tabular, 13-23% of carborundum crystal grain, 0.5-1.5% of toughener and 0.5-1.5% of assistant. The invention has the advantages of simple formula, high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance, favorable binding property and high shock resistance.
