A method of preparing an intermediate roxithromycin

The present invention discloses a method for preparing the intermediate roxithromycin. Said method comprising the steps of: (i) reacting a compound of formula as shown Ⅱ, triethylamine and hydroxylamine hydrochloride in methanol in the reaction, to give a compound of the structure shown in Formula Ⅲ; (ii) As the structure of the Ⅲ methanol or ethanol, and the compound shown mixed, basified mixed with water, to give a compound of formula as shown in structure ⅰ.
