Anesthesia Methods on Focused Ultrasound in the Treatment of Nonneoplastic Epithelial Disorders of Vulva and Its Effect on prognosis

2009
Objective:To evaluated prognosis of non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva of focused ultrasound treatment when the three forms of anesthesia applications.Methods:60 patients in July 2004 to July 2007 in our hospital treatment of non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva, three types of anesthesia used in surgery way:group A of 40 patients with 1%lidocaine local anesthesia, group B of 10 cases with 1%lidocaine bilateral perineal anesthesia;group C of 10 cases with sacral anesthesia;Apply the same curative technique and standards of treatment. Results:In group A edema was discharged early and there were small ulcerations ,In group B and group C edema was discharged slowly and ulcers develop high probability and the long time in hospital. Group B and group C are significant differences compared group A.Group B is no significant difference compared group C.Conclusion :Focused ultrasound therapy is safe and effective for non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulva when local anesthesia is more suitable for clinical application.
