control means for transmitting a derivation of power

2001
The invention concerns a motor vehicle engine-transmission unit (10), comprising a power bypass transmission (16) including a main gear shaft (18), a gearbox output shaft (20), gear reduction means (24) interposed between the main gear shaft (18) and the gearbox output shaft (20), and power bypass means parallel to the gear reduction means (24), which comprise first and second electrical machines (28, 30) electrically connected via a capacitor (32) and at least a selector switch (35). The invention is characterized in that it comprises control means (38) including a primary computing unit (40) which emits a primary setpoint (CGMP) of the torque supplied by the engine-transmission unit (10) and a primary setpoint (CNMOT) of the speed of an engine (12) to a secondary control unit (44) which emits a secondary torque setpoint (CMOT) to the engine (12) and at least a secondary monitoring setpoint to the power bypass means (26).
