Design and Implementation of the Video Driver Based on V4L2

This paper expounds the development methods of Linux device driver,and introduces the driver model of V4L2.On these bases,a DM355 VPFE driver supporting Hitachi DI-SC110 camera is designed and developed.The video capture application based on V4L2 proves the correctness of that driver.Furthermore,we propose a general method of developing video driver,based on the standard of V4L2.
