The invention discloses a slanting freezing water stop structure for interior and side faces of an underground excavated foundation pit of an urban sensitive area and a method. The freezing water stop structure comprises side face dredging pipes, piles-in-row structures, side face slanting freezing structures and piles-in-row internal freezing structures. The side face dredging pipes are distributed in a rectangular shape. Piles in row of the piles-in-row structures are distributed in a rectangular shape. The side face slanting freezing structures are evenly distributed surrounding the piles-in-row structures in a phreatic layer in a diverging mode. The piles-in-row internal freezing structures are distributed at equal intervals in the piles-in-row structures.
