Abdominal aortic aneurysm complicated with aorto-left retroaortic renal vein fistula.

Abstract We present the case of a male with a fistula from an infrarenal aortic aneurysm to the left renal vein resolved with an endovascular prosthesis. Few cases have been reported in the literature.
