The invention relates to a run-in-hole blockage tool for an oil and gas field, in particular to a recyclable run-in-hole blockage tool for the oil and gas field. The recyclable run-in-hole blockage tool comprises an upper joint, a blanking plug, a tool barrel and a lower joint and is characterized in that the tool barrel is of a hollow cylinder structure; both upper and lower ends of the tool barrel are provided with screw threads; the middle part of the tool barrel is provided with a slotted hole; the bottom inside the tool barrel is fixedly provided with a carrying basket; the upper joint and the lower joint are respectively and fixedly connected with both the upper and lower ends of the tool barrel by the screw threads; the lower joint is fixedly connected with a blind plug; the middle part of the blanking plug is anchored to the upper end of the tool barrel by a shear pin; and both upper and lower ends of the blanking plug are provided with sealing rings. According to the invention, recovery of the blanking plug after the run-in-hole operation of the oil and gas field can be implemented; complex subsequence well repair caused by the case that the blanking plug falls into a well can be avoided; after being pulled out, the tool can be recycled by maintenance; and the recyclable run-in-hole blockage tool shows the green, environmental-friendly and high-efficiency well repair operation idea.
