The Establishment of Regenerated System in Mature Embryo of Ningxia Japonica Rice

Using N6 culture medium and MS culture medium,the effects of mature embryo culture were studied on influence of genotype,hormone,concentration and number of subculture with 34 Ningxia japonica rice cultivars.The resulted showed that genotype was ranked at the top of the factors,and Youyu28 was high culture ability.The addition of 2 mg/L 2,4-D to induction medium was favorable for testing cultivars.In the differentiation of performance,KT 2 mg/L + NAA 1 mg/L + IAA 0.5 mg/L is the best treatment.Mature embryos induced callus subculture 1~2 times,differentiation has been no noticeable impact.Callus subculture more than three times,differentiation capacity decreased significantly.Through this study,regeneration system was established preliminarily.
