2018
Objective To investigate the visual function damage in physicians of imaging department in hospital. Methods Cross-sectional survey. The doctor group, 45 middle-young aged physicians, worked in imaging department of hospital more than 10 years, and the control group included 50 healthy persons. The ocular symptoms, visual contrast sensitivity (CS), flash electroretinogram (F-ERG) and optical coherence tomography (OCT) were performed in the two groups. Results The asthenopia syndrome occupied 84.4% in doctor group, which was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.05). Conclusion The middle-young aged physicians suffer from not only obvious asthenopia syndrome, but also different degrees of damage in terms of visual function and visual electrophysiology, who worked in imaging department of hospital more than 10 years.
