The invention discloses a community-oriented release and subscription system re-gathering method and a re-gathering system. The re-gathering method comprises the steps of: 1, analyzing a message association relation of a client end network, constructing a client end communication relation network; 2, dividing the client end communication relation network by applying a community dividing method to obtain a community structure in the client end network; and 3, for each community structure, selecting a proper route node as a gathering center, and gathering the client end networks belonging to the community to the gathering center to ensure that the client end networks belonging to the same community are deployed in route nodes which are closer in geographic locations so that messages accounting for a larger proportion of the total quantity of the messages in the community can be rapidly transmitted, thus the performance of the subscription system is improved, and the gathering center is defined as a route node with minimum gathering cost when the community is gathered.
