The purpose of the present invention is to achieve transport of fine droplets over a long distance in the air with a highly stable precision in flight trajectory. To this end, fine droplets flying at equal intervals are generated by ejecting liquid from a fixed nozzle as a continuous liquid column and applying periodic vibration to the liquid column so as to regularly divide the liquid column, and the pressure of the atmosphere for the space in which the fine droplets fly is made to be equal to or lower than atmospheric pressure, thereby transporting the fine droplets along a stable flight trajectory of a prescribed distance or greater.
