Analysis of mitochondrial DNA fragment related to cytoplasmic male sterile in 301A rapeseed (Brassica napus L.).

301A,212A,Shaan 3A and restorer'Zhong Shuang 2'mitochondrial DNA were extracted and purified;Primers were designed according to orf224 sequence and PCR products were sequenced.The results showed that the sequences of PCR products from three types of Brassica napus L.were same with Polima system that had been reported.Therefore,we got the conclusion that the novel cytoplasmic male sterile line 301A belonged to Polima system from the angle of molecule level;There were highly homology about mitochondrial DNA fragment orf224 in three CMS types 301A,212A and Shaan 3A.
