Leucemia Aguda de Fenotipo Mixto

Most acute leukemias can be classified as AML or ALL dependent on morphology, cytochemistry and immunological markers. However, there is a small percentage that remain difficult to classify with these techniques since they express myeloid and lymphoid features. Today they are known as mixed phenotype leukemias (WHO 2016). Given the low incidence of this pathology, we present the images of a young female patient.
