The present invention is to obtain a dope solution by mixing a polymer resin, a solvent, a plasticizer and a non-solvent i); ii) forming a hollow fiber to supply and discharge a double spinneret with the dope solution with a bore solution; It provides a process for the preparation of asymmetric hollow fiber membranes for gas separation due to the semi-column derivation including a separation method; and iii) wherein the ii) to external coagulation and take-up the hollow fibers formed in step to prepare a hollow fiber membrane. According to the semi-phase induction heat separation of the present invention, selectivity is improved, the mechanical properties can also provide an asymmetric hollow fiber membrane for superior gas separation.
