Антибактериальные и иммуномодулирующие свойства штаммов лактои бифидобактерий при экспериментальной стафилококковой инфекции

2012
Antibacterial and immunomodulating properties of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus ІMV B-7281, Lactobacillus casei ІMV B-7280, Lactobacillus acidophilus B-7279 ІMV, Bifidobacterium longum VK1 and Bifidobacterium bifidum VK2 strains were determined at the experimental model of staphylococcal infection of mice. It was established that under the influence of these strains it was significantly reduced the number of Staphylococcus aureus colonies, which were seeded out from kidneys of infected mice. At the same time after introduction by mice with staphylococcal infection of separate probiotic strains of lactoand bifidobacteria it was observed increasing of the CD 4/CD 8 immunoregulatory index, and also the number of СD 19+and CD 25+-cells in spleen. Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus ІMV B-7281, Lactobacillus casei ІMV B-7280, Lactobacillus acidophilus B-7279 ІMV, Bifido bac terium bifidum VK2 and Bifidobacterium longum VK1 strains found to be perspective for probiotics creation, that could be effective against staphylococcal infection and for the immunity correction.
