Treating method for dezincifying from zinc-containing sludge of blast furnace

2007
The invention discloses a zinc-removal treatment method of zinc-contained sludge in a blast furnace. The zinc-removal treatment method of the invention comprises the steps that (1) the determination of concentration is carried out for zinc-contained sludge of different material sources; (2) the concentration of the zinc-contained sludge is adjusted in a required scope; (3) primary cyclone separation is conducted; (4) secondary cyclone separation is followed. The zinc-removal treatment method of the invention effectively overcomes the defect that a simple cyclone separation method is influenced by the changes of industrial mines in the smelting of the blast furnace, composition of raw materials and the concentration of zinc-contained sludge after the sedimentation, which can directly impact the zinc-removal and separation effect of a cyclone separator. The zinc content of the sludge in the blast furnace is lowered below 0.2 percent and the zinc-contained sludge is directly recycled as iron-smelting raw material, which results in that the waste of resources can be avoided and the environmental pollution can also be reduced.
