The present invention discloses a high crystallinity, controlled size, the exposed high energy surface porous monocrystalline titanium dioxide photocatalyst and a preparation method. The present invention relates to a porous single-crystal titanium dioxide photocatalyst having a high specific surface area, controllable size, uniform pore size distribution characteristics.
