Divisórias autoportantes de desempenho acústico optimizado

2009
This paper presents the designing of self sustaining modular elements, built on wood derivates, for acoustic absorption that function as grouped resonators and/or membranes, to be placed on open space environments such as offices or call centers. They constitute a versatile solution as they are optimized for large spectrum sound absorption. An experimental study is presented where some parameters such as the perforation type, depth of the confined volume behind the panels and presence and positioning of porous materials are analyzed.
