On Innovation of System and Mechanism of Continuing Education

On the basis of explaining the connotation of the systemand mechanism of continuing education and analyzing the existing problems in the system and mechanism of continuing education of our country,the article proposes the innovative approach and method of continuing education system in administration,school-running,aiding and supervision.
