Project Cost Management of A House Area in Stages of Design and Construction

The work for project cost management in stages of design and construction of A house area in Nanshan District of Shenzhen is introduced in this paper.The work mainly include to join actively project design in whole process,to put forward demands of norm design for design scheme,to put into dynamic management effect for project cost,to examine and approve strictly system of design-modified,and to strengthen and follow up construction contract.The mentioned above efforts control project cost within the limits of contract project cost.
