Experimental investigation of making biogas from dry fermented corn stalk.

In the experiment,biogas from dry fermented corn stalk which pretreated by green straw spirit,enzyme fungus,limewater and fast spoiled medicinal preparation in the same condition was made.The results showed that the biogas yield and the cellulose degradation was the highest when the corn stalk was pretreated by the enzyme fungus.And the biogas yield was 455.7 mL·g-1,the cellulose degradation was 56.9%.The experimental results systematically provided a theory foundation for the biogas making technology from corn stalk used into the engineering project.
