A multi-component real-time control precise powder feeding system for metal 3D printing comprises a mechanical powder feeding system body, a gas path system, a circuit system and a device cabinet. The mechanical powder feeding system body comprises four powder feeders connected in parallel, a powder mixer, a powder feeding tube, a four-path powder distributor, a powder feeding head and a flow monitor. The gas path system comprises a powder feeder gas path and a powder feeding tube gas path. The circuit system comprises a mechanical powder feeding system body control circuit, a gas path system control circuit and a vacuum system control circuit. The upper portion of the device cabinet is provided with an organic glass cover with a sealing piece, and the middle portion and the lower portion of the device cabinet are provided with ordinary device cabinet bodies which are used for bearing the gas path system and the circuit system. The multi-component real-time control precise powder feeding system for metal 3D printing can achieve real-time adjustment of multi-component powder feeding, is suitable for powder feeding within the range of various grain sizes, and can totally meet the requirement for multi-component real-time control precise powder feeding for metal 3D printing. The multi-component real-time control precise powder feeding system for metal 3D printing can also be widely applied to formation technologies with powder jetting as a principle, and meet the powder feeding requirements of the formation technologies such as cold spraying and thermal jetting.
