Phenomenology Model of Hydrogen Evacuation by Metal Membranes

The physical model of the hydrogen diffusion through metal membranes is offered. The solutions of the diffusion equation with square law boundary conditions are resulted. The solutions of the diffusion equation are considered in stationary case for one layer metal membrane, for two layer metal membrane for metal membrane at plasma presence. The possibilities to create the hydrogen pumps on the base of metal membranes are discussed. It is shown the offered physical model gives the quantitative description of diffusion processes in the system“ hydrogen — metal membrane
