Frequency reuse in a communication system of geosynchronous satellite.

2001
A communication system for use with a system geosynchronous satellite (18) broadcasting a first beam even service area (26) in a frequency spectrum, comprising: a stratospheric platform (12) adapted to generate a plurality of second beams (44A-44F) queson directed to the service area, each of the plurality of the second beams (44A-49F) having selected unafrecuencia from only two frequency within the frequency spectrum, at least one user terminal ( 28) configured to receive the first beam and at least one of the segundoshaces (44A-44F), wherein a visual line (24, 22) from at least one user terminal (28) to plataformaestratosferica (12) has an angle differently than a visual line (22, 24) of at least one Terminalon user (28) to the geosynchronous satellite (18) elevation; wherein the plurality of second beams (44A-44F) generated includes a plurality of outer beams arranged around the periphery of the service area (26) and no beam overlap (superposed) in the center of a service area (26) , each unode the outer beams a frequency selected so that each has an outer beam frecuenciaque differs from the frequency of an external beam direct proximity.
