This invention relates to a hot-rolled band steel for anti-gluing of straight seam welding oil pipeline and its production method including the chemical components in weight percentages: C: 0.15-0.35, Mn: 0.8-1.7, Si: 0.10-0.60, S: smaller than or equal to 0.015, P: smaller than or equal to 0.020, V: 0.01-0.15, Als: 0.01-0.06, N smaller than or equal to 0.015 and Fe for rest, which designs the match of the components reasinably, adds micro-alloy element V to increase process ability of screws and surface finishment to avoid gluing of screws.
