Extraction of Total Alkaloids in Zanthoxylum Bungeanum

The alkaloid has many functions which are used widespread.There are many kinds of biological effect activities to human.The alkaloid in zanthoxylum bungeanum has been extracted by Soxhlet extraction,and the effects on extraction rate of ethyl alcohol concentration,ratio of material to liquid,extraction temperature and extraction time were studied.The optimum extraction process was obtained through orthogonal test,and a method for determination of alkaloids by acid dye colorimetry was established.
