Geology of Volcanic Reservoirs

The geologic study of volcanic reservoirs focuses on the effective configuration relationship of the reservoir, hydrocarbon-generation assemblage, and trap. This chapter introduces the hydrocarbon source of volcanic reservoirs, major play types, and reservoir types of volcanic rock. Moreover, we discuss the oil and gas enrichment law of volcanic rock.
