Sepiolite modified foamed cement insulation board material

The invention discloses a sepiolite modified foamed cement insulation board material, which comprises the following components by weight: 70-80% of a cementing material, 10-20% of fly ash, 5-10% of sepiolite, 0.5-1.5% of redispersible emulsion powder, 0.2-0.4% of a water reducing agent, 0.1-0.2% of PP (polypropylene) fiber, 0.15-0.2% of a hydrophobic agent, and 0.45-0.6% of a composite foaming agent. The composite foaming agent can be used to prepare foam through machinery equipment, and the obtained foam has a volume of 300L-450L. Compared with prior art, the sepiolite modified foamed cementinsulation board has good compressive strength, water resistance, insulation performance and weatherproof effect.
