Aluminium in copper magnesium-silicon alloy line and its preparing method

This invention relates to a Cu-clad-AlMgSi alloy wire and its preparation method, in which, a thin industrial Cu layer is wrapped on the surface of the core of the wire coaxially to combine the copper layer and the wire by plastic deformation to form a double-metal wire, the content of the AlMgSi reaches to over 99.5% and Mg is 0.35-2.8%, Si is 0.1-0.8, the preparation method includes: regulating the diameters, clearing the surfaces, cladding and welding longitudinally, drawing in many times and heat processing. Advantages: simple and reasonable preparation, the conduction performance and the dynamic performance of the wire is close to that of Cu, the screening result is better than that of Cu and AlMg wires, the tensile strength and the elongation rate is better than that of Cu-clad AlMg wire.
