THE RATIO ESTIMATION OF MULTIVARIATE TWO-PHASE SAMPLING WITH USE OF SINGLE AUXILIARY INFORMATION

Presently,the single sampling survey has already come to maturity,but,in practice,usually too many indexes are involved which makes it difficult for the survey to deal with.To meet the need of survey,multivariate two-phase sampling complemented with single auxiliary information is developed.The multivariate ratio estimation with use of single auxiliary information is defined and the estimator is attained.It is proved that under specific conditions,the ratio estimator of multivariate two-phase sampling complemented with single auxiliary information is better than the simple estimator of multivariate simple random sampling.
