Kartagener's triad a case report.

A patient with a complete manifestation of Kartagener's triad was presentes.This was the first case in Chiang Mai Hospital and believe to be the third reported case in Thailand.The patient,as in the majority of those with the same syndrome,presented himself with bronchiectasis and was later found to be a classical case.Among the three reported cases in the country he was the first patient who had a successful surgical treatment of the complication of the bronchiectasis.The clinical picture of this triad,including the incidence and the management,was reviewed and discussed.
