Value of ultrasound combined with CA125,CA199 in diagnosis of ovarian tumors

Objective To explored the value of ultrasound combined with tumor markers in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.Methods The ultrasonic features of 100 tumors in 80 patients with benign,malignant ovarian tumors or other original tumors in pelvic cavity confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Then the results were statistically analyzed combined with the contents of CA125,CA199.Results The accurate rate of ultrasonography,tumor markers CA125,CA199 and combination of ultrasonography and tumor markers CA125 and CA199 was 89.29%,81.03%and 92.83%,respectively.The accurate rate of combination of ultrasonography and CA125 and CA199 was higher than that in either modality alone,there was significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound examination with two -dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging,combined with the tumor markers of CA125,CA199 can make up the shortage of each other.The combined diagnostic method is a good way to differentiate the benign from the malignant ovarian tumors,it has important clinical application value.
