2011
Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of Ligustrazine and Salvia Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and evaluate the safety of this medication. Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. The treatment group was administered with Ligustrazine and Salvia Injection on the basis of routine treatments, and the control group was administered with Salvia Injection on the basis of routine treatments, the two groups were treated for 14 days, then the NIHSS score, clinical effect, hemorheological parameters and adverse effect of the two groups were analyzed. Results The NIHSS after treatment was lower than that before treatment in the two groups (P0.05),but the treatment group was much lower than that of the control group (P0.05);the effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P0.01).The platelet aggregation, hematocrit and fibrinogen after treatment were obviously improved in the treatment group (P0.01 or P0.05),the platelet aggregation and hematocrit after treatment were also improved in the control group (P0.05);the hematocrit and fibrinogen showed a more significant improvement in the treatment group compared with those of control group (P0.05).1 case occurred erythra in the treatment group, and on obvious adverse effect was observed in the control group. Conclusion Ligustrazine and Salvia Injection shows a reliable and safe therapeutic effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, thus it is worthy of application in clinic.
