Determinación sexual primaria o sexo genético. Revisión.

2007
The determination of sex to factors without causal nexus with the same one was attributed formerly. At moment it is accepted that primary sexual´s differentiation is strictly chromosomic. Combination XX or XY is the person in charge of genetic sex. The chromosome Y, contains gene SRY and to its operators, witch codify protein sry, inductive of the testicular development from the indifferent gonad. SRY also activates protein sf-1 with importance REFERENCIAS DETERMINACION SEXUAL PRIMARIA O SEXO GENETICO. REVISION. Adan Rafael Colina Chirinos 1 , Carlos Eli A. Chromosome X has a specific region whose loci includes some crucial genes for the sexual differentiation and other essentials for the survival. Autosomic genes like the SOX-9 also exist, that shares the responsibility in the determination of sex. DAX- 1 is another important gene by their possible antagonism with SRY function and the diminution of expression DAX- 1. Finally WNT-4 is a critical gene in the differentiation of the ovary. As it is included/understood well human the sexual development the genetic and hormonal aberrations are explained better that appear in the clinic
